Memento Mori · A Boutique Gym

You have one body and a finite number of days.

Remember you will die — not as a threat, but as permission. Permission to stop waiting, stop apologizing, and start training like your life is worth taking care of. Because it is.

What we believe

Three things we hold to

I

No gatekeeping

Every piece of equipment in the building carries a code. Scan it and the full exercise guide is yours — form cues, mistakes to avoid, video. No app, no login, no email captured. Knowing how to train shouldn't cost anything.

II

Coaches who've been there

Every trainer on this floor went through Isaiah's program as a client first. When your coach says "I know this part is hard," it isn't a script. They remember exactly which part.

III

Deliberate, not frantic

No challenges, no shame, no before-photos on the wall unless you put them there. Membership is intentionally small. You are not a unit of monthly recurring revenue — you're a person we'll know by name.

The founder

Isaiah lost more than 200 pounds.
Then he built this place.

No surgery. No sponsor. No secret. Just the program you'll find running through every page of this site — the one that eventually put him on Good Morning America, and the one every coach here has finished themselves.

He didn't build this gym to sell you his story. He built it so nobody in this town has to figure out theirs alone.

Our story

On the floor

Scan anything.
Learn everything.

Every rack, machine, and implement in the gym carries a QR code and NFC chip. Tap your phone against it and you're on that exercise's page in about a second — what it works, how to set up, the cues our coaches use, the mistakes they see most.

The same library lives right here on the site, open to anyone, member or not. Browse it from your couch, your old gym, or the floor. Information wants to be free; barbells just want to be picked up.

The clock is running.
That's the whole point.

Doors open September 1. Membership is capped on purpose — come see the space, meet the coaches, and decide if this is where your next chapter happens.
